We’re looking for a Partner Operations Specialist to join our ever evolving Partner Operations team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this highly analytical role, you’ll transform complex data into strategic opportunities that strengthen our partner ecosystem, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance business performance. Your insights will directly influence partnership decisions, forecasting accuracy, go-to-market success, and operational excellence across Global Payments. Working at the intersection of data, strategy, and partner engagement, you’ll help unlock new growth opportunities, improve outcomes for partners and clients, and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative payment solutions that power commerce around the world.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, financial analysis, partner operations, or a similarly analytical role with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
• Strong expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting , with the ability to transform large, complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with experience presenting insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field , combined with a collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets for data visualization, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms , as well as Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems.
• Experience in the financial technology (fintech) industry and/or certifications in project management, data analytics, or related disciplines.

• Drive partnership growth through data-driven insights by uncovering market opportunities, identifying performance trends, and recommending strategies that increase partner value, revenue potential, and business impact.
• Own forecasting and financial modeling initiatives that improve decision-making, strengthen commercial strategies, and provide leadership with accurate projections for partner performance and growth.
• Influence go-to-market success by translating complex operational and financial data into actionable recommendations that enhance product adoption, partner engagement, and market expansion.
• Enhance operational excellence across the partner ecosystem by establishing scalable processes, improving data integrity, and creating greater visibility into partnership performance and return on investment.
• Shape the future of strategic partnerships by identifying opportunities to optimize programs, increase profitability, and deliver measurable outcomes that support Global Payments’ long-term business objectives.
