About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Partner Operations Specialist to join our growing Partner Ecosystem team. In this role, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of our partner program—ensuring our systems, processes, and partner experiences run smoothly from onboarding through ongoing engagement. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and work directly with a diverse network of partners to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in partner operations, channel operations, sales operations, or a similar role in tech
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and partner ecosystems
  • Experience working with MBE/WBE programs or supplier diversity initiatives
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement or government contracting

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage partner-related operational processes across systems like Salesforce, finance, and legal
  • Ensure accurate data management, timely contracting, and streamlined workflows
  • Maintain and continuously improve the partner portal experience
  • Manage and distribute partner communications, including newsletters and updates
  • Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Analyze partner performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Coordinate onboarding for new partners, including system setup and training
  • Facilitate access to training programs and enablement resources
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner initiatives with company goals
  • Manage relationships with contract vehicle holders, ensuring compliance and renewals
  • Support and advocate for MBE/WBE-certified partners within the ecosystem
  • Oversee engagement with referral partners and track pipeline contributions
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders
