About the Role As the Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving top-line growth through Higher Ed integration partners. You’ll manage and generate leads with existing partnerships while also collaborating across sales, business development, and product marketing to attract and sign new partners to the business. Your marketing strategies will drive measurable revenue outcomes with partner growth. This role requires someone who’s equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on doer, with a passion for building partner programs that fuel results across the higher education industry.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in partner or higher education marketing preferable
  • Proven success designing and executing partner campaigns and content that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Strong project management - ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong writing/editing skills and a good eye for compelling content
  • Communication skills - Including communication with internal or external audiences
  • Comfortable with complexity - ability to digest complex product integrations and navigate complex internal and external teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner Growth & Enablement Develop and execute marketing programs to grow revenue through existing partnerships across the higher education vertical.
  • Work with the campaign and product marketing teams to create scalable enablement content, toolkits, and campaigns to support partner success.
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and enablement to ensure consistent partner messaging and materials.
  • New Partner Acquisition Collaborate with business development teams to support partner recruitment strategies.
  • Work with the Product marketing team to develop go-to-market launch plans for new partner relationships.
  • Design marketing campaigns to drive awareness and interest among prospective industry partners.
  • Program Management & Performance Build quarterly plans with measurable KPIs tied to partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue.
  • Work with marketing attribution team to track and report on campaign and channel effectiveness; optimize based on insights.
  • Manage partner marketing calendars, budget allocation, and co-marketing opportunities with key partners.
