Partner Marketing Manager

About The Position

accessiBe is the market leader in web accessibility that makes websites accessible to people with disabilities. accessiBe is more than a workplace, it’s a passion. Each day you’re surrounded by people who share the same goal and values, who work endlessly to break down accessibility barriers. We care about all people, regardless of their ability. We hire people that are determined to succeed and who are not afraid of rapid change. Our core values showcase who we are and we strive to focus on excellence and sincerity. We're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to help build and run marketing for accessiBe's reseller and technology/platform partner ecosystem — supporting webinars, content, and lifecycle programs for those partners. You'll work closely with the Senior Manager of Partner & Lifecycle Marketing but take day-to-day ownership of this work. We're looking for someone who's comfortable working in a space without a lot of established process to lean on, and who can move easily between hands-on execution and higher-level thinking when needed.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with meaningful experience in partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing — or in customer marketing roles with a strong track record of co-marketing with customers or external stakeholders (technology/platform, vertical, or integration partnership experience a plus)
  • Comfortable building a motion where little precedent exists — you can bring structure to an undefined space rather than needing an established playbook
  • Strong writing and content skills across formats: co-marketing materials, joint positioning, partner-facing collateral, enablement content
  • Genuine agility — able to move between higher-level positioning/strategy work and hands-on execution depending on what the moment calls for
  • Able to weigh in on which partnerships are worth marketing effort, and to communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Detail-oriented, especially around how accessiBe can be represented in co-branded and partner-facing content
  • Based in NYC or the Northeast, with willingness to collaborate in person with Partnerships and cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • technology/platform, vertical, or integration partnership experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support webinars and lunch-and-learns for referral and reseller partners, from content and slides to speaker notes and follow-up
  • Contribute to ongoing partner lifecycle content — onboarding, activation, and engagement materials that keep referral and reseller partners active and informed
  • Help maintain and evolve content in the partner resource center (PartnerStack) alongside the Senior Manager
  • Help build the marketing motion for technology and platform, vertical, and integration partners from the ground up — positioning, co-marketing frameworks, and joint go-to-market materials
  • Develop co-branded content and campaigns with strategic partners (joint webinars, case studies, integration announcements)
  • Help identify and prioritize which ecosystem relationships are worth marketing effort, in partnership with Partnerships and Account Management leadership
  • Create partner-facing materials (one-pagers, pitch decks, joint value props) tailored to a more sophisticated, higher-touch strategic partner audience than the reseller/referral channel
  • Work with the enablement team to create training materials, FAQs, and talking points that help strategic partners represent accessiBe accurately and confidently
  • Support webinars and co-marketing events with ecosystem partners, from content to speaker notes to follow-up
  • Track competitive intelligence relevant to ecosystem and integration positioning (e.g., how AudioEye, UserWay, and Level Access approach technology partnerships), and translate findings into differentiated messaging
  • Coordinate with Legal, Product, Content, and Partnerships to keep co-marketing materials accurate, compliant, and aligned with how accessiBe can be represented by partners
  • Flag gaps and open questions proactively — this function doesn't have an established playbook yet, so identifying what's missing is part of the job

Benefits

  • Equal opportunities
  • Diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Accommodation for individuals with disabilities or special needs
