About The Position

Favored is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to own Favored’s communications with creators for creator-led campaigns on TikTok Shop. You’ll be the voice behind how we bring our brand clients to life through creators — crafting the briefs, hooks, and campaign narratives that help creators make great content that drives results. This is a hands-on writing role for someone who lives and breathes the creator economy, is constantly analyzing what makes TikTok Shop content convert, and can build messaging that works for both the brands we partner with and the creators who bring campaigns to life. You’ll work closely across our brand partnerships, creator success, and design teams and are expected to bring a sharp editorial perspective, strong ownership, and the confidence to make decisions independently.

Requirements

  • A degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Creative Writing, or somewhere in that neighborhood.
  • You can write in a brand’s voice and know when to flex it — different channels and contexts call for different registers.
  • You juggle. Multiple campaigns, shifting priorities, diverse briefs — and the quality doesn’t slip.
  • Switching between tones, audiences, and platforms doesn’t throw you. The brand thread stays intact.
  • You use AI to go faster, not to go easier — and you can tell the difference between a sharp output and a lazy one.
  • You’re comfortable working cross-functionally — designers, marketers, ops — and can hold your ground in a fast-moving room.
  • Your writing is precise, your eye for detail is sharp, and you communicate clearly whether it’s in a brief or a Slack message.
  • Must be local to Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

  • Write copy for TikTok Shop campaign assets, creator briefs, content hooks, email, and brand partner presentations — adapting tone and format for each context.
  • Build campaign messaging frameworks from scratch: the central narrative, creator talking points, and the through-line that keeps a campaign cohesive across touchpoints.
  • Turn brand partner materials and goals into creator-ready concepts — distilling what matters into language that feels native to TikTok Shop and authentic for creators to use.
  • Own and evolve Favored’s creator brief templates and messaging playbooks so any creator we work with is set up to represent a brand partner accurately and compellingly.
  • Learn each brand partner’s voice well enough to write in it — and help creators do the same.
  • Catch what slips through: own quality control on copy accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and campaign standards.
  • Use AI tools to move faster on ideation and iteration, without letting them lower the bar on what ships.
