About The Position

Convertr is hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to scale the co-marketing motion across our partner ecosystem. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and the Head of Partnerships to translate partner strategy into joint go-to-market programs, co-branded content, and field enablement that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Our ecosystem spans Cloud Service Providers (including Microsoft), Integration Partners across the MarTech, intent and event tech ecosystems, and Global System Integrators that deliver Convertr inside enterprise transformations. You will run programs across all three.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of B2B marketing with hands-on experience in partner, channel or alliance marketing.
  • Proven ability to drive partner programs from strategy through measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience building co-marketing programs with technology partners, ideally including a hyperscaler such as Microsoft, AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of cloud partner marketplaces as a channel: listing optimisation, traffic and conversion to pipeline.
  • Strong project management. You run multiple programs in parallel without dropping balls.
  • Exceptional written communication. You adapt positioning to different partner contexts cleanly.
  • Data-driven and commercially oriented. You measure success by pipeline and revenue, not activity counts.
  • Fluent in HubSpot and Salesforce. Comfortable working with RevOps on attribution and reporting.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, scale-up environment with ambiguity and direct accountability.

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing experience with data quality, Marketing Ops or RevOps solutions to a technical buyer.
  • Familiarity with the B2B demand generation, intent data or event tech ecosystem.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or ABM-focused GTM motions.
  • Background in category creation or challenger-brand environments.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft co-sell mechanics: marketplace, IP co-sell, MACCs and Partner Center.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage joint marketing plans with assigned partners, tied to clear pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Translate partner business objectives, solution priorities and GTM motions into specific marketing initiatives.
  • Sequence partner activity inside Convertr’s broader demand generation and ABM calendar so it amplifies the rest of marketing rather than competing with it.
  • Lead execution of partner-aligned campaigns, events, webinars and co-branded content programs.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables and inputs across internal teams and partner counterparts.
  • Ship co-branded customer case studies, solution briefs and reference content on a predictable cadence.
  • Treat partner marketplaces as live demand channels. Own listing optimization, traffic and conversion to pipeline.
  • Prepare buyer’s guides and joint positioning that help cloud field sellers and partner development managers put Convertr in deals.
  • Coordinate Convertr’s presence at partner EBCs, executive summits and partner-led events, including pre- and post-event promotion and lead handoff.
  • Own a partner-facing content library: solution briefs, battle cards, co-branded one-pagers, case studies, email templates and social assets.
  • Build partner-specific messaging that adapts Convertr’s positioning for each partner context without losing the core message.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to keep partner-facing materials current to Convertr’s latest product capabilities and messaging.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partners.
  • Work closely with Alliances, Sales, Product Marketing and RevOps to align plans and execution.
  • Build strong working relationships with partner marketing counterparts.
  • Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across all partner types. Partner with RevOps to keep Salesforce attribution clean.
  • Deliver regular partner marketing performance updates to marketing and partnership leadership.
  • Use performance data to refine the program. Double down on what produces pipeline. Cut what doesn’t.
