About The Position

Altana is seeking a Partner Manager to join their Commercial Team. This role focuses on building and scaling go-to-market partnerships with Management Consultants, Systems Integrators, and Data & Analytics companies. The Partner Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners, including recruitment, onboarding, activation, and ensuring their ongoing success. This position requires a combination of relationship management, go-to-market strategy, and co-sell execution, working closely with senior leaders to drive growth initiatives and revenue impact. A key aspect of this role will be contributing to the development and launch of the Altana Partner Program.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience either in SaaS Partnerships, Sales, or Customer Success, or in Management Consulting and other Professional Services.
  • Proven track record of achieving your quarterly and annual targets.
  • Organized and process-oriented, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS GTM metrics and adept at making data-informed decisions.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and open to feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to establish positive business relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills that balance approachability with persistence.
  • Good judgment and a willingness to dive into the nitty-gritty to achieve team objectives.
  • Willingness to learn the fundamental concepts of supply chain traceability.
  • Ability to effectively communicate product value to users of varying technical skill levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the supply chain and logistics industry is a plus, although not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of partners, owning regular check-ins and the achievement of partner activation milestones.
  • Drive outcomes attributable to partners, specifically partner-sourced Qualified Opportunities and partner-sourced Revenue.
  • Support product enablement by creating and delivering training materials, user guides, and enablement sessions, to help partners fully understand the value of Altana's offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers by identifying potential expansion opportunities within accounts that partners are involved in.
  • Capture and communicate partner feedback from the front lines to the product team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners to help us achieve our team objectives.
