About The Position

Partnerships are a critical lever in how we scale our impact and reach. That’s where you come in. The Role Cadmium is looking for a Partner Manager to help build and scale our channel and technology partner ecosystem. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll identify, recruit, enable, and grow partners that meaningfully contribute to revenue and customer success. As an early member of the partnerships team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our partner program works—from defining ideal partner profiles and success metrics to building repeatable processes that scale. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure partnerships are driving measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships, channel sales, or reseller programs
  • Proven experience helping to build or scale a partner program in a SaaS environment
  • Strong track record of driving revenue through partners and exceeding goals
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfort working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Cadmium’s ecosystem and define what “great” looks like for channel and technology partners
  • Refine and expand our ideal partner profiles through market research and ecosystem analysis
  • Source, recruit, and onboard new partners, from initial outreach through contract execution
  • Design and operationalize partner programs, including enablement, training, deal registration, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure partners are positioned to generate and influence pipeline effectively
  • Partner with Marketing to build co-marketing campaigns, messaging, and launch plans
  • Define and optimize referral models, commissions, and partner incentives
  • Own a portfolio of partners and be accountable for revenue impact and partner health, including direct sales to partner organizations when appropriate
  • Evaluate new partnership opportunities and make data-backed recommendations
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to support technology and integration partnerships
  • Create scalable partner enablement, training, and go-to-market materials
  • Roll up your sleeves and take on evolving responsibilities as the partnerships function grows
