The Role Cadmium is looking for a Partner Manager to help build and scale our channel and technology partner ecosystem. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll identify, recruit, enable, and grow partners that meaningfully contribute to revenue and customer success. As an early member of the partnerships team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our partner program works—from defining ideal partner profiles and success metrics to building repeatable processes that scale. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure partnerships are driving measurable business outcomes.
