As a Partner Manager you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, supporting a portfolio of agencies and partners to drive engagement, platform adoption, and customer satisfaction. You will focus on building and nurturing strong relationships, ensuring partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to maximize the usage, value, and outcomes of our platform. Your mission will be to develop and deliver impactful enablement programs that encourage partner proficiency and self-sufficiency to optimize performance and strengthen partnerships. This includes customizing content based on agency specialization, proposing playbooks and solutions to empower partners to succeed with their own customers and thrive independently. In doing so, you’ll help partners overcome challenges, drive retention, and support at scale. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and ensure partners are equipped with tools and resources to leverage our product to meet and exceed their business objectives. You’ll combine strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and technical aptitude to support partnership expansion and ensure a seamless partner experience.
