About The Position

As a Partner Manager you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, supporting a portfolio of agencies and partners to drive engagement, platform adoption, and customer satisfaction. You will focus on building and nurturing strong relationships, ensuring partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to maximize the usage, value, and outcomes of our platform. Your mission will be to develop and deliver impactful enablement programs that encourage partner proficiency and self-sufficiency to optimize performance and strengthen partnerships. This includes customizing content based on agency specialization, proposing playbooks and solutions to empower partners to succeed with their own customers and thrive independently. In doing so, you’ll help partners overcome challenges, drive retention, and support at scale. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and ensure partners are equipped with tools and resources to leverage our product to meet and exceed their business objectives. You’ll combine strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and technical aptitude to support partnership expansion and ensure a seamless partner experience. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, or a related role within AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Media.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engagement across diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in training delivery, public speaking, and facilitating workshops or webinars
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable, value-driven insights
  • Adaptable to evolving processes, platforms, and customer needs, thriving in an innovative and dynamic work environment.
  • Understanding of agency workflows and campaign lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including Sales, Solutions, and Marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners (agencies, franchise groups, and broadcast partners), serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Act as an external consultant, educating partners on MNTN’s platform, best practices, and strategic use cases to drive success and adoption.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve challenges, align priorities, and ensure mutual success.
  • Advocate for partner needs by translating feedback and insights into product improvements and feature prioritization.
  • Lead tailored platform training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs to increase partner proficiency and self-sufficiency.
  • Drive deeper platform engagement by promoting key features, new product releases, best practices, and self-service tools.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews to highlight platform value, performance insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate usage and performance data into actionable insights aligned to customer goals, supporting retention and expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop content strategies and co-marketing initiatives, including case studies and feature showcases.
  • Represent MNTN in webinars, virtual summits, conferences, partner on-sites, and events to strengthen relationships and drive partner success.
