Job Title: Temporary Partner Learning Experience Designer Reports to: Collaborative Learning Supervisor Department: Programs Duration: This is a grant funded position (through the Gismondi Family Foundation) expected to last a duration of three years. Job Summary: The Learning Experience Specialist leads the design, development, and delivery of engaging, learner-centered training programs for pantry coordinators, volunteers, and other community partners. This role develops curricula grounded in adult learning principles, manages the full training lifecycle from concept to evaluation, and ensures content is accessible, relevant, and aligned with program goals. The specialist strengthens Food Bank partner capacity by creating effective onboarding and ongoing learning experiences while promoting inclusive and culturally responsive practices. This is a three-year, grant-funded position through June 2029.
