As the Partner Enablement, Sr. Manager at Dayforce, you will play a key role in equipping our partner ecosystem and field teams to successfully execute our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will design and deliver enablement strategies that combine structured programs, scalable content, and strategic communication to drive clarity, alignment, and adoption. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Partner GTM Enablement, you will help shape how enablement is delivered across the partner lifecycle- ensuring that partners and internal teams not only have the right resources, but also receive the right information, at the right time, in ways that drive action. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative individual contributor role suited for a strategic enablement leader who brings strong communication expertise and can translate complex strategies into clear, actionable programs that drive business outcomes.
