About The Position

LinearB is a leading software delivery intelligence platform that empowers engineering teams with actionable insights and workflow automation. Join us to be part of an innovative company driving efficiency and excellence in software development. We’re hiring a GTM Training & Enablement Manager to build our enablement function from scratch and equip Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams with the knowledge and tools to drive revenue and customer success. This is a highly technical role - generic enablement experience won’t cut it. We’re looking for someone with a DevOps or similar technical background who is passionate about coaching and helping others succeed.

Requirements

  • Technical Background (Required)
  • Experience in DevOps / engineering productivity / similar technical domain
  • Hands-on technical experience (e.g., developer, SE, DevOps, solutions architect)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and developer workflows
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Enablement Experience (Required)
  • 5+ years in GTM training/enablement in B2B SaaS (or equivalent mix of technical + enablement)
  • Proven experience building and scaling training programs
  • Experience with onboarding, certifications, and ongoing skill development
  • Strong passion for coaching and developing people
  • Growth-oriented and coachable
  • Curious about AI and emerging technologies
  • Highly collaborative across GTM, Product, and Engineering

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a developer and a good understanding in SDLC (software development lifecycle)
  • BSc in computer science or related fields
  • Familiarity with LinearB or similar tools (Jellyfish, Swarmia, etc.)
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) in enablement
  • Sales methodology certifications (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Experience selling to engineering leadership (VP Eng, CTO, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a comprehensive GTM training strategy (onboarding + ongoing enablement)
  • Create high-impact training content (workshops, labs, certifications, materials)
  • Identify knowledge gaps and deliver targeted training programs
  • Define KPIs and continuously measure and improve training effectiveness
  • Stay current on DevOps, AI, and B2B SaaS GTM trends
  • Partner closely with Product & Engineering to translate technical updates into training
  • Build and manage a centralized enablement hub
  • Provide hands-on coaching (1:1 and small groups) to reps and CSMs
