About The Position

We are engineers, operators, and creatives solving some of the most complex, interdisciplinary challenges of our time. We are hiring for Partner Growth, a role that sits at the intersection of growth, operations, and partnerships. This person will support the development, launch, and ongoing performance of Base’s strategic partners, including utilities, homebuilders, and other enterprise partners. You’ll help operationalize new partnerships, drive customer acquisition through partner channels, and ensure programs execute against adoption and growth targets. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to bring structure to complex, fast-moving initiatives. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization — ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and consistently drives workstreams to completion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in management consulting and / or go-to-market execution in a high-growth environment.
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally and drive outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to measure and improve performance.
  • Clear communicator who can build trust across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support the launch of new partnerships by building launch strategies, coordinating go-to-market initiatives, and ensuring readiness across internal teams (business operation, growth, deployments, software, hardware, and creative).
  • Manage the ongoing performance of partner programs by identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition, adoption, and overall effectiveness.
  • Support development of repeatable processes and playbooks that enable Base to scale partnerships across markets and geographies.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Support partner-facing materials, enablement, field, and co-marketing efforts to strengthen Base’s presence through external channels.
  • Build systems and track program performance, surfacing insights that inform strategy operational improvement, and forecasts.
  • Drive key initiatives for the partnerships team, ensuring timelines are met and priorities stay on track.
  • Ensure Base’s brand, value proposition, and offerings are consistently represented and amplified through external partners.
