About The Position

This role is focused on driving the growth and holistic success of a portfolio of Premium Subscription partners available via The Roku Channel. You’ll touch the entire partner lifecycle – from distribution deals to service launches to new market and product launches, pricing changes, adoption of platform initiatives, promotional campaigns and other activities that drive mutual value for the partner and Roku. Success in this role requires exceptional relationship management skills. You must be adept at building trust, influencing senior stakeholders, and making both internal teams and external partners feel aligned around shared goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, intellectually athletic, detail-oriented, and energized by building in a fast-moving environment. You thrive in ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and bring clarity and momentum to complex initiatives. Must be passionate about streaming TV.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience at a technology or media company with a strong track record of building and maintaining external relationships
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. streaming landscape and the content ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
  • Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with data to drive decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience
  • Proven ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • BA / BS degree

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute growth strategies for a portfolio of Premium Subscriptions partners, identifying opportunities through data, market insights, and proactive partner engagement to drive measurable impact
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Subscriptions Growth, Product, Marketing, Merchandising, Content Distribution, Legal, Analytics to bring initiatives to life
  • Serve as the primary partner lead, building strong relationships via regular interactions and periodic business reviews, and getting partner participation in strategic platform initiatives (e.g., new feature integrations, promotional campaigns)
  • Build and maintain intimate knowledge of key Premium Subscriptions growth levers
  • Leverage analytics and insights to assess partner health, uncover optimization opportunities, and influence data-driven decisions across internal and external stakeholders
  • Improve and scale partner operations by identifying opportunities for additional efficiency, implementing streamlined processes, and enhancing partner tools and systems
