About The Position

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Partner Development Manager to build, scale, and transform a portfolio of critical Data and AI partnerships, including Palantir, Uniphore, Databricks, Snowflake, and Sema4.ai. This role is designed for a builder who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, responsible for turning partnerships into measurable growth engines rather than maintaining the status quo. The Partner Development Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of these partnerships, from defining joint vision and market positioning to activating go-to-market motions and driving revenue outcomes. This includes identifying new areas of co-innovation, standing up net-new offerings, and revitalizing existing relationships to unlock greater commercial value. The role requires deep collaboration across leadership, Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, Legal, Finance, and Operations to align priorities, remove friction, and ensure consistent execution. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to translate partner potential into tangible business impact, including pipeline creation, revenue growth, solution adoption, and long-term strategic differentiation in the Data and AI market. This is not a traditional partner management role. This is a builder role responsible for creating net-new value, revitalizing underperforming partnerships, and driving measurable business outcomes. The Partner Development Manager will own the full lifecycle of partner success, including strategy, execution, revenue growth, and operational alignment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within Data, AI, or cloud ecosystems
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships from early stage to meaningful revenue impact
  • Strong understanding of modern data platforms, AI/ML ecosystems, and enterprise technology landscapes
  • Experience working with or alongside companies such as Palantir, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives internally and externally
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with experience building business cases and tracking ROI
  • Exceptional ability to operate cross-functionally and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Partner Strategy & Growth Define and execute multi-year strategic plans for each partner, aligned to company growth priorities in Data and AI Identify whitespace opportunities, new offerings, and co-innovation initiatives Establish joint value propositions and differentiated market positioning Drive measurable outcomes across revenue growth, pipeline creation, and solution adoption
  • Partnership Build & Transformation Stand up new partnerships from inception to revenue generation Rebuild and reposition existing partnerships to improve performance and relevance Develop scalable frameworks for partner engagement, governance, and success Own partner-specific business cases, investment models, and ROI tracking
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration Serve as the central orchestrator across Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, Legal, Finance, and Operations Align internal stakeholders around partner priorities, solutions, and go-to-market motions Ensure execution of joint initiatives including offerings, campaigns, and sales plays Remove friction across teams to accelerate partner-driven outcomes
  • Go-To-Market & Revenue Ownership Partner with Sales to drive pipeline generation and deal acceleration Enable field teams with clear positioning, use cases, and competitive differentiation Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and thought leadership Ensure consistent conversion from partner strategy to closed revenue
  • Operational Excellence & Governance Establish KPIs to measure partner health, growth, and profitability Build and maintain executive-level reporting and dashboards Lead regular partner governance, including executive business reviews Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and operational requirements
