The Partner Enablement team is responsible for enhancing how Apple works with partners to deploy products and services at scale across the globe. The team is part of the Operations department, primarily focused on products available in the Wallets, Payments, and Commerce (WPC) ecosystem. We are looking for a talented strategy and operational expert to lead Partner compliance for WPC and ensure partners provide a consistent customer experience globally. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams and across all WPC products and services. We are looking for someone with a strong track record of developing strategy, leading project implementation, outstanding analytical skills, a keen business sense, a strong drive to learn, develop and make an impact, and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization. This position will support the development of Apple partner compliance activities within WPC. This individual will be responsible for helping to build out the partner compliance function as well as managing the operation of the program. Initially, this role will focus on compliance activities related to Apple Pay, but will be expected to expand the operations to all of WPC products and services (e.g., identity, transit, etc.). The scope of the role will include enforcement of Issuer Functional Requirements and contractual requirements. The role will be focused on managing the two key components for partner compliance which are proactive monitoring and exceptions (waivers) management. The main responsibilities will include:

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy and operational roles
  • Strong business intuition with a good foundation in financial and business strategy principles
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly
