About The Position

Trinity is seeking a Partner to join its Commercial Strategy group to drive commercial strategy advisory services with new and existing life sciences clients. These services include Corporate & Portfolio Strategy, New Product Planning, B D&L Support, Launch/Go-to-Market Strategy, and other commercial advisory offerings. As an advisor, the Partner will also work with other functional leadership at Trinity to identify additional opportunities to meet our clients at their point of need.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a life science focus, Advanced degree with a life science focus, or an MBA with a demonstrated interest in the life science field is preferred
  • 10+ years of related experience in Life Sciences consulting with Commercial Strategy projects
  • Demonstrated expert in the healthcare and life sciences landscape
  • Demonstrated success with client development in a growth-oriented business environment
  • Strong staff development experience
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills
  • Excellent quantitative skills and direct experience with complex commercial analyses
  • Above average proficiency in MS Office Suite and other consulting-related software
  • Desire and ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Grow Trinity, both from a business and talent perspective
  • Provide intellectual leadership in developing the firm’s capabilities
  • Have strong relationships and an established book of business with leading pharma and biotech companies
  • Successfully articulate the firm’s capabilities to develop new client relationships and secure new business
  • Partner with Trinity leadership to expand existing client relationships
  • Be responsible for generating at least $3 to $5 million in revenue annually
  • Take ownership of progression of staff that report into them
  • Engage staff in business development opportunities as appropriate to facilitate their growth
  • Identify development opportunities for staff and provide guidance to enable their success
  • Provide leadership to assigned staff to ensure superb execution on client engagements
  • Set strategic direction for project activities, guiding managers on daily tasks and resource allocation
