About The Position

Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services designed to help them thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally appropriate learning tailored to each child and family. Our care model brings together ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and mental health services, with a focus on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)—a play-based, naturalistic approach to ABA for young children. Join an organization working to raise the standard for autism care while building a different kind of clinical career for BCBAs. The Partner Clinician role is built for experienced BCBAs who want to expand their impact from delivering great care themselves to shaping the quality of care across an entire clinical team. You'll serve as the senior clinical leader for one to three Soar centers, coaching and developing BCBAs and Clinical Trainers, guiding complex clinical decision-making, and taking ownership of the clinical quality and outcomes of the centers you support. This role keeps you meaningfully connected to clinical care while giving you the opportunity to lead at a broader level. You'll partner closely with center operations and regional clinical leadership, help clinicians grow in Soar's ESDM-based care model, and turn clinical standards into consistent, high-quality practice. Requirements

• A master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current LBA for desired state
• At least 5 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with a strong preference for experience within Soar Autism Center.
• Significant experience delivering ABA services in an early intervention setting.
• Familiarity with Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs) and other naturalistic models of care.
• A track record of coaching, mentoring, or developing other clinicians.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to guide others through complex clinical decisions.
• A mission-driven approach with an unwavering focus on high-quality care and outcomes for children and families.
• A strong desire to work with and support clinical care for children ages 2-6.
• Strong professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfort using data and clinical quality measures to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
• Comfort navigating technology, including computers and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality clinical care across one or two Soar centers (~80%)
• Serve as the senior clinical leader for BCBAs and clients across your center or centers, setting a high bar for clinical quality and consistency.
• Coach and develop BCBAs through regular observation, feedback, and structured clinical quality reviews.
• Own key clinical quality metrics for your centers and use data to identify opportunities to strengthen care.
• Provide case consultation and care pathway support, helping clinical teams navigate complex decisions and drive strong outcomes for children.
• Partner with clinical leadership to calibrate quality standards and ensure consistent implementation across centers.
• Support the onboarding and development of new BCBAs and Case Supervisors assigned to your centers.
• Directly supervise and develop the Clinical Trainers supporting your centers.
• Maintain approximately 10 billable hours per week when fully supporting two centers, staying connected to clinical practice while providing hands-on leadership.
• Meet regularly with regional clinical leadership to calibrate clinical quality, problem-solve challenges, and continue developing your own leadership skills.
• Help translate Soar's clinical standards and ESDM-based care model into consistent, high-quality practice across your teams.
• Collaborate with local leadership to drive center success (~20%)
• Partner closely with the Center Operations Director to create strong center-level communication, team culture, and alignment between clinical and operational priorities.
• Co-lead interdisciplinary clinical meetings and help clinicians translate multidisciplinary input into thoughtful, coordinated care.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clinicians, helping create an environment where clinical teams can do their best work.
• Participate in and support monthly all-staff meetings, clinician training, and other center-wide development opportunities.
• Support Family Nights and other opportunities to strengthen relationships with the families and communities we serve.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations leaders to identify center-level challenges and turn them into actionable improvements.
• Be a visible clinical leader within the center—someone clinicians can turn to for coaching, decision support, and guidance.
