Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Knowledge of Joyce Meyer Ministries campaigns and media is essential
Knowledge of the goals and values of a Christian Non-Profit Organization
Exceptional presentation skills with ability to convey ideas clearly
Requires tact, diplomacy, and the ability to motivate and persuade others
Ability to understand emotional behavior and diffuse emotionally charged situations
Ability work independently and with little oversight
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
Ability to foster collaboration
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience

Responsibilities

Responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with assigned designated partners by talking with partners to resolve concerns
Communicate the heart of Joyce Meyer Ministries and foster ongoing prayer and financial support
Develop and present partnership opportunities that inspire support and help advance the fundraising goals of Joyce Meyer Ministries
Effectively manage partner care workload by analyzing data, mapping out, and scheduling partner care trips
Administer and oversee formal partner meetings and visits
Create report notes and track action items in the Customer Relations Management system
Assist Partners in making informed decisions about planned giving options
