About The Position

The Partner Business Manager (Chinese/English Bilingual) plays a pivotal role in fostering and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and market expansion. This position requires a deep understanding of both Western and Chinese business cultures to effectively bridge communication and operational gaps between partners. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure alignment with company objectives. They will act as the primary liaison, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver joint business plans and maximize partner performance. Ultimately, this role is essential for enhancing collaboration, increasing revenue streams, and strengthening the company’s presence in diverse markets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
At least 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or account management roles.
Proven track record of managing complex partnerships and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Experience working within or with multinational corporations, particularly those with operations in China and the United States.
Familiarity with CRM software and data analytics tools to track and optimize partner performance.
