About The Position

We are seeking a Partner Business Development Manager to drive the growth and expansion of strategic ISV partnerships in a cutting-edge AI cloud environment. In this role, you will own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to enablement, co-selling, and revenue performance. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure partners are fully integrated into business strategies and operational workflows. This role offers high visibility, significant impact on revenue growth, and the opportunity to shape partner engagement in a fast-moving, innovative organization. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding of cloud and AI platforms with strong business acumen and relationship management skills. You will be a key advocate for partners while influencing internal stakeholders to align on priorities and maximize ecosystem value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in ISV partnerships, alliances, business development, or indirect sales within B2B technology.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling revenue-generating partner ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience driving joint go-to-market and co-sell motions with sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, consumption-based business models, and AI infrastructure.
  • Technical aptitude to support partner discussions, architecture alignment, and use-case qualification.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executive-level engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution for a portfolio of ISV partners, including onboarding, enablement, performance management, and expansion.
  • Identify, recruit, and integrate new ISV partners aligned with business priorities and product go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive partner readiness and platform adoption through structured training, technical enablement, and ongoing education.
  • Lead joint go-to-market and co-sell initiatives with sales and partners, embedding partners in strategic opportunities.
  • Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, ensuring alignment with KPIs and forecasts.
  • Represent the company in the ISV ecosystem through industry events, advisory boards, and strategic forums.
  • Act as the primary partner advocate internally, collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and GTM Operations teams.
