Forte is looking for our next Business & Development Partner (BDP). Our BDP spearheads the growth of the company, amplifying Forte’s presence in current markets and expanding into new markets.
This position is a traveling role, requiring the employee to be on the road at least 50% of the time. This role will be based in Las Vegas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction experience, preferably in management capacity.
• Experience working on large scale commercial/development projects.
• Experience working on luxury residential projects.
• Operational and/or experience in the construction industry preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the FrameCAD pre-fabrication process is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Representing the Forte brand in a professional, stand-up fashion.
• Continue to build upon existing relationships with our existing business partners. This will include in-person visits, treating clients to special events/opportunities, and maintaining a positive rapport amongst the key individuals within their businesses.
• Using the same methods, push Forte into new markets, namely those outside of Vegas. This includes (but is not limited to):
• California.
• Arizona.
• Utah.
• Idaho.
• Plant the seeds for future enterprises, having the foresight to sow seeds several months/years ahead of reaping potential profits.
• Work closely with our Marketing Director and leadership team to ensure maximum efficiency when targeting specific markets.
• Other job duties as assigned.
