How you'll make an impact: As Partner Account Manager - Strategic Partnerships at Boomi, you will be instrumental in establishing net-new strategic partnerships with leading software and technology companies. This global role requires a revenue and go-to-market focus, along with the capability to develop compelling better together narratives. You will be responsible for designing and negotiating complex, unique partnership arrangements while being self-motivated to own and drive the partner strategy forward. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth and market adoption through innovative collaboration. This role will be based out of North America, with an expectation to travel as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in alliances, partnership management, or business development within the tech and SaaS industry.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a balance of vision, thought leadership, executive presence, and collaboration skills, working in a matrixed organization to achieve intended outcomes.
  • Proven success in developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in structuring complex commercial agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate business value aligned with technical product fit in sales conversations.
  • Knowledge of the integration, data management, automation, and AI technology landscape, along with the application products/solutions that align with it.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies targeting market-leading software and technology companies.
  • Be accountable for achieving and exceeding pipeline and revenue performance targets with named partners globally.
  • Lead negotiations for complex commercial terms to establish mutually beneficial partnerships and shared KPIs.
  • Create go-to-market plans for strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and the unique value proposition of our platform.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of joint opportunities through proactive outreach, enablement, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Product, to ensure successful execution of the partnership plan.
  • Cultivate and nurture executive-level relationships to secure and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct regular cadence meetings between partners and executive leaders to drive accountability and execution.
