We are seeking a Participant Support Specialist to be a behind-the-scenes powerhouse who keeps our service team sharp and systems running smoothly. You'll manage participant records, process carrier applications, and ensure data accuracy across platforms, directly supporting to-tier services for HRAs, FSA, HSAs, and ICHRAs. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and focused on solutions, this role is for you. You'll work closely with out Participant Experience team to troubleshoot data issues, streamline workflows, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
