About The Position

Celerion is seeking a Participant Care Specialist to join their clinical operations team in Lincoln, NE. This role is focused on providing excellent customer service to study participants. Responsibilities include answering questions, assisting with check-ins, conducting participant orientations, planning enrichment activities, developing and tracking experiential survey data, and ensuring a positive participant experience. The role also involves supporting housekeeping and laundry associates, organizing and maintaining participant areas, improving participant entertainment, and enhancing the experience for new and VIP participants. This is a 40-hour/week position eligible for all company benefits.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills with 2 years customer service experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evening, weekend and flexible hours as needed.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to study participants.
Answer participant questions.
Assist participants with check-ins.
Conduct participant orientations.

Act as a concierge and ombudsman for participants.
Back-up and support housekeeping and laundry associates.
Organize and maintain participant-use areas of the clinic (game room, craft areas, courtyards, etc.).

Assist to expand and improve the New participant and VIP participant experience.
