We are looking for a Senior HR Digital Services/HRIS Business Partner to act as a senior functional resource in the evolution and optimization of the organization's HR systems. He or she supports needs analysis, demand prioritization, and the implementation of digital HR solutions, including Core HR, payroll, time and attendance, recruitment tools, and HR data. The incumbent also serves as a liaison between HR, payroll, operations, IT, vendors, and business users. He or she helps translate operational needs into clear functional requirements, supports the analysis of options and recommendations, and promotes the adoption and optimal use of deployed HR solutions.
