This part-time role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include truck unloading, merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also requires participation in stocking, planogram processes, merchandise recovery, and supporting safety programs. Team members are expected to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, interact respectfully with others, and promote the organization's vision and values. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also part of the role, along with other assigned duties.
