The Mentoring Alliance After School program is seeking ministry-minded individuals for the Part Time Youth Mentor role. This position's primary responsibility is fostering youth development in an after-school setting by leading elementary students in enrichment activities. The organization is looking for individuals devoted to excellence, wholeheartedness, and developing children to reach their full potential, serving as role models in the community. This is a non-exempt, part-time position averaging 17-20 hours per week. Mentoring Alliance is a Christian ministry focused on serving kids and students by providing after-school care and activities, aiming to mobilize godly people into the lives of kids and families to offer tangible help and eternal hope. Every staff position is considered integral to their mission and vision, with the Part Time Youth Mentor seen as a Minister of the Gospel.
