About The Position

Securitas is a global company that offers the most advanced and sustainable security solutions in the industry. The Mobile Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, which may include operating a vehicle to patrol. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. The Mobile Officer maintains the security and safety of multiple sites by conducting patrols via a motor vehicle. No experience is required; training and knowledge will be provided for successful candidates.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Driving record meeting Securitas Safe Driving guidelines.
• Ability to obtain security officer licenses through the Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP) for the District of Columbia (DC) and the Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent people skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Fully flexible and able to cover shifts at short notice.
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to use a Mobile handheld device throughout the entirety of your shift.
