Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Must be in good standing with the company
• Ability to read and understand pick tickets and labels written in English
• Ability to use electronic devices
• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers quickly and accurately
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
• Ability to prioritize assignments in order to meet cut off times.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Ability to learn or be trained on using power equipment: Order Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser, Pallet Jack, Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, etc.
• Willing to perform other duties as required
• Able to work overtime if required
• Must be able to wear proper safety equipment (safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest).

Responsibilities

• Retrieve inventory from floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers.
• Deliver inventory to designated areas for stocking or shipment.
• Operate material handling equipment including Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack.
• Perform and complete daily safety inspection checklists for all equipment used.
• Maintain productivity minimum requirements (CPH) and work with a sense of urgency.
• Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software (Company WMS).
• Act professionally and remain focused while working.
• Safely operate all warehouse equipment.
• Follow directions of leadership.
• Perform cleaning activities as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
