Easlan Management is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Part-Time Turn Tech / Groundskeeper for Pelham Place North & Pelham Place South in Greenville, SC . Position Summary The Turn Tech / Groundskeeper is responsible for curb appeal, assisting in apartment turns, assisting with preventative maintenance, and general maintenance tasks. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements

Drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to work in all-weather conditions
Comfortable with duties related to maintaining apartment units
Neat, well-groomed, and well-spoken, with the ability to interact professionally with potential and current residents
Ownership and provision of necessary tools for assigned duties.
Proficient use of hand tools and maintenance equipment.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and professionalism
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Honest, organized, and reliable
Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments with varying noise levels.
Regular use of hands and arms; standing and occasional walking.
Ability to move/drag/lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Specific vision abilities, including accurate color vision.
Frequent stretching, use of upper body, and occasional turning and twisting at the waist.
High School diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance on vacated apartments, including minor painting, repair walls, doors, woodwork, plumbing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, landscape pruning, and electrical work.
Maintain properties' interior and exterior appearance to enhance "street curb appeal" for potential tenants.
