About The Position

The Part-Time Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering Exit Factor’s training programs, including monthly in-person Training School, virtual follow-up sessions, webinars, and internal workshops. This role runs the training week, serving as the primary host, facilitator, and point of contact for franchisees and consultants. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading a room, managing live training environments, facilitating sessions, coordinating presenters, and ensuring a smooth, engaging learning experience. This role works closely with the corporate team to ensure training content stays aligned with brand initiatives and may occasionally travel to support franchisees in the field.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of professional experience in training, education, learning & development, facilitation, corporate training, or instructional roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading live, instructor-led trainings (in-person and virtual) for adult professionals.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end training programs, including scheduling, facilitation, materials, and follow-up.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High comfort level working in both in-person training environments and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Exit Factor Training Calendar, including scheduling monthly Training School, virtual sessions, and guest speakers.
  • Organize training room logistics and ensure all technology, materials, and resources are prepared.
  • Oversee onboarding tasks: sending pre-training instructions, confirming access to Exit Factor systems, and ensuring a smooth participant experience.
  • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) content, training templates, and curriculum documentation.
  • Support trainers and presenters by preparing materials, updating curriculum, and coordinating session flow.
  • Assist in delivering virtual trainings, live workshops, webinars, and network-wide educational events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for franchisees and consultants throughout training cycles, addressing questions and providing timely support.
  • Facilitate daily check-ins during Training School and ensure consistent communication and guidance for participants.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Support, and Leadership teams to align training content with brand initiatives and system updates.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of training resources, guides, tools, and ongoing education modules.
  • Support planning for internal development sessions, including Sales Bootcamps and refresher trainings.
  • Coordinate with approved vendors participating in training weeks, webinars, or educational sessions.
  • Help organize in-house seminars and workshops for staff as needed.
  • Support occasional field visits to franchisee offices to assist with onsite training or operational setup.
