About The Position
America's Auto Auction is a fast-growing national auto company seeking a part-time Trailer Driver. This role is responsible for transporting various types of vehicles from recovery lots to America's Auction. The driver will also perform inspections before and after each trip.
Requirements
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Fed Med Card within 30 days from the date of hire
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Able to pass pre-employment screening
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment, and under pressure
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required
- Strong organizational skills required
- Self-motivated and responsible
- Being able to follow safety regulations
Nice To Haves
- Previous trailer driver experience is preferred but will train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Pickup and load vehicles/motorcycles/campers
- Managing proof of delivery paperwork from customers
- Assisting workers in loading and unloading trucks
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
