About The Position

As a Teller, you will welcome and greet our members in a professional, courteous manner. On a daily basis, Tellers process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; balance cash, merchandise, and transactions; and answer member inquiries according to current FTWCCU policies.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Heavy cash handling experience
• Proficiency with basic office functions: IT skills (maneuvering around Windows and browser-based applications)
• Proficiency with email
• Proficiency with 10-key calculator
