Part Time Teller - LCUC
About The Position
LCUC branch is unique! We seamlessly serve members of both WSECU and TwinStar, exemplifying TwinStar Credit Union’s & WSECU’s Member Experience principles, you’ll recommend and refer a wide range of appropriate products and services. With your knowledge, caring and eagerness to help, you will know our members by name and they will know you! Your day might include: Providing excellent member service in a fast-paced environment Accurately and efficiently handling cash Working successfully as a part of a diverse branch team Effectively using resources to assist members with routine and complex financial needs Recommending products and services based on member needs Assisting members of our two partner credit unions –WSECU and TwinStar CU in an efficient, professional manner Observing WSECU Code of Conduct and operating standards and performs duties in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel and Word
- Computer experience
- Effective listening skills, tactful oral and written communication
- Ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy and professionalism
- Positive attitude, ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to form recommendations, ability to cross-sell products and services
- Ability to research and solve numeric discrepancies
Nice To Haves
- Credit Union experience and/or one year of experience in a financial institution or retail/service related position
- Financial institution experience and an understanding of financial regulations
- Sales/customer service training
- Experience maintaining and balancing a cash drawer
