As a Part Time Teller, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately perform high volume customer banking transactions, educate customers on innovative technology and develop banking product referral opportunities through strong customer relationship skills. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in Rio Grande Texas at the Rio Grande City branch. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. The role involves delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. It also includes processing a variety of customer interactions, educating customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions, identifying banking opportunities for referrals, performing lobby engagement activities, educating customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources, applying product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems, adhering to all policies and procedures, and ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. PNC Employees are expected to be Customer Focused and skilled in Managing Risk.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service
