Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash handling or sales experience is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer transactions with precision and care.
• Handling deposits, transfers, and withdrawals.
• Ensuring that each transaction is executed smoothly and efficiently.
• Engaging in ATM and vault work.
• Providing a friendly and trustworthy experience for every client.
