As a Part Time Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Winston Salem, NC. This role involves delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. It includes processing a variety of customer interactions, educating customers on alternatives for financial interactions, identifying banking opportunities and making appropriate referrals to branch staff, and performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. The teller will also educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources, apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems, and adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Additionally, the position ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. PNC Employees are expected to be Customer Focused and adept at Managing Risk.
