Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions about accounts and services, and provide a positive banking experience.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, wire transfers, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Count and verify cash, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and follow security procedures for cash management.
• Check customer IDs to comply with regulations.
• Assist with opening new accounts, updating account information, and processing simple account changes.
• Identify customer needs and promote additional bank products and services.
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including anti-money laundering regulations.
