Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to read and write English (due to safety requirements)
  • Responsible for cost exposure exceeding $1,000
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Minimum 1 year experience with water treatment systems
  • Flexible to work shift schedules (days, evenings, afternoons, weekends)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to make operational adjustments as needed
  • Team player with initiative, reliability, and flexibility
  • Must complete and pass required assessments

Nice To Haves

  • post-secondary education preferred

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and mixing syrups for production as required with an emphasis on Quality and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Testing syrups, product and water to ensure specifications are met.
  • Receiving inventory of concentrate and sweetener.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment along with filling equipment, carbo-coolers, tanks and piping.
  • Maintaining the water treatment system, including back washing sand/gravel filters, ion regeneration, carbon steaming and monitor water quality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
