Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong mathematical skills
Ability to read and write English (due to safety requirements)
Responsible for cost exposure exceeding $1,000
Ability to multitask effectively
Minimum 1 year experience with water treatment systems
Flexible to work shift schedules (days, evenings, afternoons, weekends)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to make operational adjustments as needed
Team player with initiative, reliability, and flexibility
Must complete and pass required assessments

Responsibilities

Preparing and mixing syrups for production as required with an emphasis on Quality and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Testing syrups, product and water to ensure specifications are met.
Receiving inventory of concentrate and sweetener.
Cleaning and sanitizing equipment along with filling equipment, carbo-coolers, tanks and piping.
Maintaining the water treatment system, including back washing sand/gravel filters, ion regeneration, carbon steaming and monitor water quality.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
