About The Position

The Part-Time Summer Helper provides support across various departments, including but not limited to Assembly, Maintenance, and other operational areas. This role is designed to assist with short-term projects, general labor tasks, and departmental needs during peak summer workloads.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing, labor, or maintenance experience (not required)
• Basic mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly operations, including basic part handling and production support
• Support maintenance team with facility upkeep, cleaning, and minor repairs
• Perform general labor tasks such as organizing work areas, moving materials, and disposing of scrap
• Assist with special projects (e.g., painting, cleaning, workspace organization)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisors or department leads
