About The Position

The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND. This role provides support and basic troubleshooting for current assembly operations. The student will work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and participate in developmental assignments to gain Manufacturing experience.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree related to mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or manufacturing technology; others may apply
• Must be registered as a full-time student at a local U.S. accredited college/university
• Graduation date of May 2027 or later
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
• Available to work 16-20 hours during the academic year
• Available to work 30-40 hours during the summer semester
• Must be able to commute to the work location in Dubuque, IA on a regular basis
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
