As an Accounting Part-Time Student for Deere & Company located in Waterloo, IA, you will:
Requirements
- In pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S. local accredited college/university
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- General understanding of accounting principles
- Available to work during the academic year 15 to 20 hours weekly
- Available to work during the summer 35 to 40 hours weekly
- Must be able to commute to the work on a daily basis year round
- Graduation date of May 2027 or later
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
Nice To Haves
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite
- Experience with PowerBI / Power Automate
Responsibilities
- Support the Current and New Product Cost Team
- Assist in the standard cost process throughout the year
- Prepare monthly Journal Vouchers during month end closing
- Assist with Capital processing and analysis
