Requirements

  • Available to work 16-20 hours/week during academic year, 30-40 hours/week during summer
  • Able to commute to work location in Waterloo, IA
  • Experience performing and applying critical analysis to resolve IT related issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in a cohesive team environment and develop productive working relationships
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Must be registered as a full-time student at a local university
  • Seeking degree in Information Systems or related discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Broad IT knowledge and experience (infrastructure, network, applications)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in Service Now or related ticketing system
  • Experience in incident, problem, or change management
  • Ability to develop productive working relationships with a wide variety of teams and leaders

Responsibilities

  • Help support the IT infrastructure and related items within established processes
  • Perform and apply information analysis to resolve desktop and infrastructure problems
  • Deliver Infrastructure Technology meeting business requirements
  • Collaborate across multi-functional teams to deliver value to our customers
  • Work with guidance of senior team members as needed
