About The Position

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well.” We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Stock and Operational Associate to join our retail team. This role is essential in keeping our store running efficiently behind the scenes, ensuring inventory accuracy, organized stockrooms, and seamless product flow to the sales floor.

Ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise as needed
Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
Work authorization to work in person within the United States

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality
Organize and maintain back stock for efficient access and replenishment
Perform regular inventory health checks to identify discrepancies, damages, or low stock levels
Replenish merchandise to the sales floor in a timely and organized manner
Manage barcoding, tagging, and labeling to support accurate inventory tracking
Assist with stock transfers between departments or store locations
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized back-of-house environment
Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and store goals
Adapt to changing business needs, including peak seasons and promotions
