About The Position

As a Part-Time Staff Soccer Coach with Super Soccer Stars, you will help mentor coaches, support administrative work, travel to different locations, coach different coaching styles and techniques, build strong and positive relationships, and teach the FUNdamentals to children ages 12 months - 7 years. The day-to-day roles and responsibilities include assisting/teaching an energetic and motivating class, connecting with and challenging each child, helping them accomplish motor development goals, and inspiring a love of movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and fun manner. This role also involves equipment set-up and break-down, providing individual and group attention to children, and supporting business phone & email traffic, coach hiring, coach scheduling, customer service, equipment management & distribution, and compliance & data management.

Requirements

Able and willing to travel up to 45-minutes one-way to get to class locations
Availability must include one or more of the following: Weekday Mornings (9 am – 12 pm), Weekday Afternoons (2 pm – 6 pm), Weekend mornings (8:30 am – 2 pm)
Prior experience working with children preferred
