About The Position

This role is for a Guest Experience Rockstar who will greet every guest with a smile and genuine excitement. The Shift Lead will stay on top of the action by assisting guests, watching the floor, and ensuring no one waits at the register. They will build strong connections with guests by recommending favorite products and being proactive with tasks and assistance. The role involves learning, growing, and sharing product knowledge with the team, while maintaining punctuality, positivity, and a team-player attitude. Responsibilities also include keeping the space clean, staying aware of store projects, and communicating with teammates to make every guest's visit amazing.

Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be physically able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours each day.
Must be able to work at various heights, including floor level, with or without reasonable accommodation.
