About The Position

The Retail Sales Consultant role focuses on customer experience and sales within a retail environment. This position requires individuals to stay informed about the latest technology and devices, understand customer needs, and demonstrate how products can meet those needs. The role involves multitasking in a fast-paced team setting, educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations, and providing prompt and courteous customer service.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools
  • Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
  • Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
  • Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
  • Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
