About The Position

Lifetime Products, Inc. is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to support retail store operations. The Retail Sales Associate plays an important role in representing the Lifetime brand through professional customer engagement, accurate transaction processing, and consistent support of store standards. The Part-Time Retail Sales Associate supports Lifetime's business objectives by maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused retail environment. This role assists customers with product selection, ensures accurate point-of-sale transactions, and supports daily store operations in alignment with company policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Requirements

  • Availability to work during store hours (Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–7:00 PM)
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required

Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, professional customer service in a retail environment
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and purchasing decisions
  • Maintain sales floor organization, cleanliness, and product availability
  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
  • Follow established cash handling and loss prevention procedures
  • Support merchandising standards and daily operational tasks
  • Work collaboratively with store leadership and team members
  • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and scheduling requirements
