This role assists customers with product selection, ensures accurate point-of-sale transactions, and supports daily store operations in alignment with company policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional customer service in a retail environment
• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchasing decisions
• Maintain sales floor organization, cleanliness, and product availability
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Follow established cash handling and loss prevention procedures
• Support merchandising standards and daily operational tasks
• Work collaboratively with store leadership and team members
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and scheduling requirements
