About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to work in sporting goods stores. The role involves organizing, styling, and showcasing brands to enhance customer appeal. The merchandiser will also gather insights on the shopping experience to share with the company. This is a flexible, part-time position where you can create your own schedule and work independently. You will use a platform called MVP to manage projects and submit reports, interact with store managers and staff, follow planograms to create attractive displays, and document your work with before-and-after photos. Additionally, you will identify trends and provide feedback on what is working and what is not.

Requirements

  • Retail or merchandising experience.

  • Reliable transportation to get to stores.
